虽然华尔街的穿搭趋势是越来越往休闲风格走了，但对即将入职的实习生小萌新来说，还是蛮头大的。
在deals锐减、银行裁员的大环境下，通过暑期实习拿return offer也尤其内卷。怎么穿能给同事和客户留下好印象？business casual到底该把握到什么程度？

Tip1：至少准备一件西装外套
Business Insider采访了许多行业专家和初级投行家，了解当下的投行新人应该如何为着装做好准备。
几乎所有接受采访的banker都表示：建议所有实习生在实习开始时都穿西装外套，至少第一周要穿。这对于是否能拿到return offer可能会产生影响。
曾在高盛工作，如今专门为华尔街banker设计穿搭的个人造型师Jessica Cadmus则认为“西装外套绝对是衣柜的核心单品，仍然非常实用。”
她建议至少准备一件西装，放在办公室椅背上，以便在参加会议时穿上。
